Chimney repair, rebuilding & repointing

I can't express how happy I am with Patrick & his crew. I had a very tired leaning chimney, they repointed it & it straightened out & looks flawless. The grout lines r very attractive & no mess left behind on my new roof. So glad I had MRW! I highly recommend!

Patrick was great to work with. Our chimney had several failed bricks and water was leaking in behind the flashing. Patrick's crew replaced the failed bricks, pointed the entire chimney and installed new flashing. They were very nice to talk to and they did a great job cleaning up every day.

I contacted MRW and Patrick to refurbish my 95 year old chimney and am so glad I did. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. As I’ve never been up on my roof and really have no knowledge about what’s what, it was reassuring to have someone who could not only take care of it, but educate me as well.

Patrick and his crew did an outstanding and thorough job with the repointing of exterior brick on our 90 year old house. We needed one entire small chimney repointed, and part of a large chimney, plus an adjoining wall and small bits around the house. They did a thorough job of deep grinding the joints, applying new mortar, and acid washing, and also did a great job of putting up scaffolding and protecting our slate roof. Patrick even repaired a roof slate that had slipped out of place near one of the chimneys. I really appreciated that they worked their way around the house and were very thorough in fixing all the spots that needed it. Excellent cleanup after the job, too. Very professional work and clear communication - would definitely hire them again!
